BioSole-Gel Women's 3/4 Length Dress are medical grade orthotic insoles that provide customized support and maximum comfort & pain relief for high heels and flat shoes. They are used as first choice for treating plantar fasciitis, heel pain, flat feet, bunions and ball of the foot pain.

  • Unique bladder design, filled with polyurethane foam and cushioning Gel, dynamically shapes to the contours of the foot. It provides customized support and alleviates discomfort and fatigue off your feet, all the way up your knees and low-back.
  • EVA cushioning foam forms to the unique contours of your foot for maximum relief of pressure points and comfort.
  • Polyester mesh lining provides a soft, friction-free surface that wicks away perspiration. The result: An orthotic insole that alleviates foot pain, improves performances, and maximizes comfort from heel to toe.

Each insole covers a half size larger. For example: If you wear a size 8.5, please purchase a size 8 insole.

If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).

All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing you to use your custom-made orthotics.

You may also use the following chart for converting your foot length measurements to your shoe size. Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

Used in all my non-orthopedic shoes and ankle boots

These arch supports have give me the option to wear low-heeled, good quality non-orthopedic shoes. They slip in very easily and are not visible. My legs simply don't get tired in them, and my balance is better.

These are not like the old ones

I do not like these orthotics. I've been using orthaheel orthotics for like the past 10 years. These are different than the ones I purchased in the past. I'm thinking about returning them.

Cute Boots Now Comfortable

A very cute pair of boots I purchased were no longer comfortable, because the end zone was very thin, no arch support at all! I purchased BioSole-Gel Dress Women’s Orthotics and replaced the thin insoles that came in the boots. The improvement was instant! I can now wear these adorable boots without any foot pain!

Very hard sole

Although this insole fit my shoes perfectly and I couldn't feel it end, like I have with some others like this style that I have tried, the insole itself is rock hard. There was no cushion for my heal whatsoever. Had to return.
